Technical Delivery Manager (MS Dynamics Finance Projects)

Our client is a leading brand in Tech consulting and digital transformation with a strong presence across Southeast Asia.
In this role you will partner with top-tier banking clients to drive the financial systems implementation and digital upgrades.
This role is a great fit for Technology leader with a strong background in technology, project delivery, and experience working in Southeast Asia – preference will be given to candidates with Thai language.
Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance projects, from design to deployment, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • Client Engagement: Serve as the key point of contact for clients, understanding their business requirements and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Technical Oversight: Work closely with cross-functional teams (technical consultants, developers, business analysts) to ensure that the solution aligns with both business needs and technical requirements.

  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with regional hub and provide leadership in managing regional resources, ensuring successful delivery in a multicultural and geographically diverse environment.

  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure successful go-live and post-implementation support, maintaining client satisfaction and long-term relationship management.

 Qualifications:
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in delivering complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance projects, with a proven track record in managing large-scale ERP implementations.

  • Technology Background: Strong technical understanding of MS Dynamics 365 Finance modules, integrations, and architecture.

  • Regional Experience: Hands-on experience in managing projects in Southeast Asia, with a solid understanding of regional business practices, regulatory frameworks, and cultural nuances.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Thai is essential for this role, with strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with local stakeholders and teams.

  • Project Management: Strong experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and proficiency in tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar.

  • Client Management: Exceptional ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders, providing high-quality client service and fostering long-term partnerships.

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications in MS Dynamics or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
