Are you a seasoned leader with a strong background in large-scale technology delivery and service excellence within the banking sector? A leading bank in the Philippines seeks a strategic and hands-on Service Delivery Head to drive IT service delivery and quality in its retail banking division.


Role Highlights

  • Lead technology delivery and service excellence across large-scale projects and initiatives for the Business Unit Technology Division.

  • Partner with business leaders to align IT strategy with business goals.

  • Oversee ITSM and ITIL processes within the retail banking segment.

  • Drive digital transformation projects in an agile environment.


Requirements

  • 20+ years in program management, preferably in retail banking.

  • Proven track record in managing complex projects.

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

  • Knowledge of banking tech solutions and regulatory standards.
