 A highly established financial institution in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Retail Service Delivery Lead to spearhead technology delivery for retail products and services including credit cards and loans.

 

Role Overview

In this pivotal role, you will head a team of systems analysts and technology delivery managers, reporting directly to the Business Unit Technology Heads. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure top-tier technology service delivery for retail banking products, providing operational excellence and strategic alignment with business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the technology delivery for retail banking products, focusing on credit cards and loans, deliver above market average execution and reliability.

  • Act as the main point of contact for all technology service delivery activities, managing project timelines and ensuring SLAs are met.

  • Partner with business leaders to refine strategies, advocate for innovative solutions, and implement continuous improvements.

  • Head and develop a team, fostering growth and performance through mentorship, coaching, and effective management.

  • Utilize both traditional and agile frameworks to support product development and achieve digital transformation.

 

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in technology delivery, specifically with retail banking products such as credit cards and loans.

  • Proven management and leadership skills.

  • Demonstrable communication abilities and strategic problem-solving capabilities.

  • Experience in both traditional and agile methodologies.

  • Proactive in improving processes and managing risks.
