Head of Technical Programs Delivery

​We have an exciting new role for a seasoned leader who has built and scaled enterprise IT applications and would like to experience that journey again. One of the largest global insurance companies is currently building out a new technology entity under them.

This role will be overseeing the road map and build-out of their ecosystem that connects their customers, banks and partners through their mobile and web applications.

The ideal candidate should have the following:

• Strong business and technical background with experience in managing teams across several functions and vendors.

• Experience in leading large programs related to building scalable backend platforms using microservices for mobile and web applications.

• Experience in successfully building and managing a platform catered to millions of daily traffic.

• Able to drive Agile, DevOps and Cloud initiatives.

Ideally looking for:

• Have bachelor’s in engineering from a recognised institute

• Have deep technology expertise, enterprise-grade, best-of-breed.

• Have knowledge and experience in ecosystem/platforms-as-a-service approach.
