A leading bank in the Philippines is seeking a skilled Digital Service Delivery Lead to oversee and drive excellence in technology delivery for retail digital platforms.
Role Overview
As the Digital Service Delivery Lead, you will lead a dedicated team of systems analysts and technology delivery managers, reporting to Business Units Technology Heads. You will be accountable for end-to-end technology service delivery for your business segment, partnering with Business Segment Heads to align technology with business strategy and achieve digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business and engineering leaders to shape business strategy and enhance operational excellence in digital IT applications.
Act as the single point of contact for technology-related activities, ensuring SLAs are met and projects deliver reliability.
Provide strategic consulting and guidance on technology solutions, advocating for the latest advancements and continuous improvement.
Manage and develop a team of IT professionals, focusing on career growth, succession planning, and performance management.
Balance traditional and scaled agile frameworks to support continuous product development and innovation.
Qualifications
10+ years of technology delivery experience, focusing on digital and agile projects.
Demonstrable management and leadership skills.
Ability to communicate and strategic thinking abilities.
Bring knowledge of retail banking applications.
Proactive in process improvement, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
