IT Service Delivery Manager

Job description

 A leading global bank is seeking to hire an IT Service Delivery Manager for their retail banking business, aimed at managing incidents and service delivery operations for core banking systems.

 

Role

  • Maintain performance and service level agreements for the bank's technology infrastructure.

  • Ensure full compliance with policies, and supporting business activities.

  • Play a key role leading development and implementation of technology service delivery strategies, aligning them with business objectives.

  • Analyse incident and outage trend data to recommend technology or process changes to improve stability and reliability of service.

 

Responsibilities

  • At least 8+ years of working experience, with a track record of IT Service Delivery Management in a banking or financial organisation.

  • Excellent understanding of Infrastructure and Cloud hosting services.

  • Strong communication and reporting skills are necessary when managing stakeholders.

 

Salary: Up to $150k (Negotiable)
