A leading and progressive bank in the Philippines is on the lookout for an experienced and visionary Head of Digital Architecture to spearhead their digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing cutting-edge digital solutions that fuel business growth and boost customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Leading the development and execution of the bank's digital architecture strategy.
Overseeing the design and implementation of scalable and secure digital solutions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM systems, Data/AI and digital channels.
Ensuring alignment of digital architecture with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Driving the adoption of best practices in digital architecture, data management and security.
Staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the bank's digital capabilities.
Requirements
Proven experience in a leadership role within digital architecture, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
Evidence of experience in industry exposure to CRM systems, Data/AI and digital channels.
Strong expertise in designing and implementing digital solutions.
Evidence of good problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for driving innovation and delivering impactful digital solutions.
