We’re seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between technology and business objectives. You will collaborate with teams to design innovative data models, solve complex problems and drive product enhancements for clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • Head technical design and problem-solving, collaborating with internal teams and global stakeholders.

  • Design data models, scores and UI visualizations to meet business goals.

  • Refine solutions with end users to ensure real-world impact.

  • Act as the primary contact for clients, guiding feature adoption and utilisation.

 

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate with global stakeholders and clients.

  • Ability to work autonomously and offer innovative solutions.

  • Expertise in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI).

  • Experience in requirements management with JIRA/Confluence.

  • Proficiency in databases and familiarity with ETL tools (Informatica, NIFI).

  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).

  • Understanding of SDLC, UAT and solution validation.

  • Basic API knowledge and system architecture (cloud, databases).
