We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Technology Practice Lead to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and deliver exceptional recruitment services across one of our core technology practices: Software Engineering, Data & AI, Platform & Infrastructure, or Project Services.

Key Responsibilities
Market and Business Development
Build and expand TENTEN’s technology recruitment capability across Asia Pac specifically in our core practices.
Identify and secure new business opportunities, leveraging your deep industry knowledge and established networks.
Client and Candidate Engagement
Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions.
Deliver top talent in our core technology practices maintaining a strong focus on candidate care.
End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing roles and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Use advanced recruitment techniques, including Boolean search and talent mapping, to source high-quality candidates.
Market Insights and Advisory
Provide clients and candidates with market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and recruitment best practices.
Stay informed about industry trends and adapt strategies to remain competitive in the market.
Networking and Brand Building
Represent TENTEN Partners at industry events and conferences to enhance our brand visibility.
Build and maintain strong professional networks to create a sustainable pipeline of top talent and client referrals.
Essential Requirements
A minimum of 6 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on core technology practices. Fully self-sufficient as a 360 recruiter.
Ability to open new business opportunities within existing and new customers bases.
Track record of placing senior-level roles across your core practice.
Demonstrable knowledge of market trends, client needs, and talent availability in your core practice.
Demonstrable client relationship management and business development skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Familiarity with recruitment software, ATS/CRM platforms, and advanced sourcing techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Established networks and professional relationships in Asian markets.

Salary: $9,000 to $12,000 per month negotiable (plus market leading commission structure)
