Head of Operations & Chief of Staff
Caroline is the Head of Operations & Chief of Staff for TENTEN Partners.
In this position, she is the wearer of many hats with responsibility for anything non-sales. Caroline oversees the design, implementation, enhancement, reporting, and oversight of TENTEN financials, operations, marketing, human resources, and compliance.
Caroline is a relative newbie to the recruitment business, certainly on the agency side, having come from a 20-year background in the telecoms and banking industry and a short stint in the beauty sector. However, she can draw upon almost 2 decades of being a recruiter’s wife to help navigate the numerous global contract negotiations and client onboarding that goes on. Being a firm believer in lifelong learning, psychology in particular and how this impacts recruitment, Caroline has thrown herself into the new career.
A passionate people person, Caroline enjoys helping, educating and supporting the team, clients, and candidates. She enjoys work-life balance, although readily admits to not getting it right a lot of the time.
Frequently hiking and horse-riding, Caroline has managed to persuade her two children to join her many adventures. Pet hate is littering and people who don’t recycle!
