Head of Digital Architecture
Job description
A leading financial services institution is looking for a Head of Enterprise Architecture to play a key role in their digital transformation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles and a demonstrable track record of aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement the enterprise architecture strategy for the division, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Head a team of architects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions.
Define and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
Ensure the integration of new solutions with existing systems, maintaining a seamless and cohesive technology ecosystem.
Provide architectural oversight and guidance on major projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the architecture team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on consumer banking or financial services.
Demonstrable experience leading architectural transformations and managing complex IT environments.
Experience in CRM, Cloud, Data/AI and Digital Channels (Web/Mobile) all key requirements for consideration.
Evidence of good leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to think strategically and align technology initiatives with business goals.
Evidence of good analytical and problem-solving skills proactive approach to addressing challenges.
This is a Senior role at ED/MD Level equivalent reporting to the CIO. This role is based and in Central Manila. . Salary and Benefits Negotiable
Salary: Up to USD20k Per Month + Equity/Bonuses (negotiable)
