DevOps Engineer (6-month contract)
Job description
This is a fantastic opportunity to engage in cutting-edge cloud migration projects and develop scalable solutions within a dynamic environment at a leading technology consultancy. You will be pivotal in architecting, designing and developing resilient cloud applications.
Responsibilities
Architect and design scalable, resilient applications in a Microsoft Azure cloud environment.
Manage cloud infrastructure for scalability, security and performance.
Work closely with other Technology teams and vendors for project deployments.
Requirements
Knowledge in AWS or Azure environments.
Develop cloud applications aligned focusing on microservices architecture using Kubernetes, Kafka, Azure Key Vault, Apigee API Gateway and other Azure components.
Implement relational and non-relational database solutions using Oracle, Azure SQL and Cosmos DB.
Automate deployments using Ansible playbooks and maintain robust version control practices (preferably Git).
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot and multithreading.
