Head of Engineering

Job description

A fast-expanding AI fintech company, committed to transforming the financial sector with cutting-edge AI solutions, is looking for an experienced and skilled Head of Software Engineering. You will oversee a dynamic team of 20 engineers in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
 
Responsibilities
  • Head and manage a team of 20 software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven fintech products.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and solutions.

  • Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, quality assurance and project management.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Mentor and develop engineering talent, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.

 

Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience a senior software engineering leadership role, preferably within the fintech sector.

  • Demonstrable technical background with expertise in AI technologies, software development and system architecture.

  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

This is a Senior role reporting to the CTO.

 

Salary: Up to USD12k per month + Equity/Bonuses (negotiable)
