Senior Project Manager Custom Relationship Management /Contact Center
Job description
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with hands-on experience executing end-to-end digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on CRM and Contact Center solutions for a leading financial institution in Malaysia. This is an exciting leadership role to manage large-scale digital initiatives and collaborate on global projects.
Responsibilities
Head and manage complex digital transformation projects related to CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365) and Contact Center solutions (e.g., Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect).
Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring the integration of advanced digital solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals and timelines; ensuring successful and on-time delivery.
Manage cross-functional teams and resources, ensuring communication alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee risk management, budget and quality control to ensure project success.
Monitor and report on project performance, milestones and outcomes to senior management.
Drive innovation and efficiency within the organisation through the use of CRM and Contact Center technologies.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience Senior Project Manager leading large-scale digital transformation projects, specifically in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and Contact Center solutions (e.g., Zendesk, Twilio Flex).
Experience managing IT strategies and project delivery within the financial services industry.
Expertise in leading cross-functional teams, with ability to communicate and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple, high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification is preferred.
