This Director position offers significant growth prospects and the chance to head a team of over 50 professionals.
Responsibilities
Head and manage the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Oversee the design, development and deployment of corporate banking products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and solutions.
Commitment to adoption of best practices in software development, quality assurance and project management.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Mentor and develop engineering talent, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience a senior engineering leadership role within the corporate banking sector.
Demonstrable knowledge and experience Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar.
Strong technical background with expertise in software development, system architecture and cloud technologies.
Evidence of good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
