Health Analytics Lead

Job description

​An exciting opportunity to play a leading role in transforming the health insurance business of a global insurer in the APAC region. This role will work closely with in-country businesses to increase the efficiency of the delivery of health insurance solutions to customers through the use of AI solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Strategy: Partner with Group Technology and data analytics resources to create and execute a Group Health analytics strategy.

  • Co-Chair COE: Lead the Health Analytics Centre of Excellence (COE) to set data and analytics standards, enhance the skills of Health analytics professionals, and ensure alignment with enterprise-wide initiatives.

  • Collaborate on Initiatives: Work with Local Business Units (LBUs) and Group Health teams on various data and analytics projects including customer success, strategy, sales enablement, connected care, product development, fraud management, provider management, underwriting, and claims.

  • Execute New Use Cases: Develop and implement new health-specific analytics use cases utilizing novel data sources.

  • Advanced Analytics: Collaborate with teams to integrate machine learning and AI capabilities, including Large Language Models (LLMs).

  • Business Planning and Budgeting: Engage in business planning, prepare business cases, and manage budgets for data analytics projects.

Qualifications
  • University graduate in Decision Science, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Business Analytics, Statistics etc.

  • 10+ years' experience in advanced data analytics in the financial services industry

  • Hands-on experience in data wrangling/ data preparation

  •  Proficiency in visualization tools

  •  Experience in working with cloud environments

 

Salary: SGD 150K - 180K per year
