Responsibilities
Collaborating with the Group Finance Data & Analytics team to design and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy.
Partnering with senior leaders in Treasury to align analytics tools and prevent data issues.
Translating the strategy into a data framework covering governance, architecture, risk management and sourcing.
Creating a roadmap for delivering Treasury's analytics vision.
Overseeing the implementation of Treasury Data & Analytics systems, ensuring alignment with group standards.
Managing financials, delivery governance and program management for analytics projects.
Providing analytics demand within Treasury to align with strategic goals and minimise risks.
Facilitating business finance reporting and enabling advanced self-service analytics tools.
Advancing key Treasury Programs and capabilities like Balance Sheet Management and Genesis Program.
Leading AI initiatives within Treasury analytics.
Contributing to the Analytics Centre of Excellence and managing related teams.
Upskilling the Treasury community in new analytics tools and capabilities.
Requirements
More than 10 years of hands on data modeling, business analysis and data architecture experience in either treasury or finance domains.
Experienced managing senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
Experiencing managing transformation programs is an advantage.
Ability to work proactively, independently when necessary and displays strong initiative.

Salary: SG$180K - SG$210k per year (negotiable)
