Head of QA and Testing
Job description
A leading bank in the Philippines is driving digital innovation to provide exceptional customer experiences. They have an exciting opening for a Head of QA and Testing to lead the quality assurance strategy for their Digital Applications team, ensuring their digital products are secure, reliable, and user-friendly.
Responsibilities
Lead the QA strategy for digital applications, APIs and platforms.
Manage and mentor a high-performing QA team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement manual and automated testing practices, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, bug-free delivery of digital products.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards and performance requirements.
Track quality metrics and report on test results, defects and improvements.
Requirements
Experience with digital apps, APIs and cloud technologies.
Strong expertise in test automation tools and frameworks.
Experience with performance, security and load testing in a digital environment.
Knowledge of Agile, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive change and innovation.
Salary: Up to PHP 600,000/month (negotiable)
