A fantastic opportunity has opened with a global financial services leader for a Head of Global Campaign Management. Based in Singapore and reporting directly to the Global Head of Digital Sales, this is a key leadership role responsible for shaping the campaign strategy playbook and driving sales funnel performance across multiple markets.

๐Ÿง  What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

๐Ÿ“Œ Campaign Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and lead global campaign strategies aligned with business goals and marketing priorities.

  • Oversee large-scale, integrated campaigns across regions, channels, and customer segments.

  • Manage a team of global campaign professionals and collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, digital, and analytics.

๐Ÿš€ Campaign Execution & Optimisation

  • Lead the end-to-end campaign lifecycle: planning, content, budget, execution, and performance.

  • Leverage digital, traditional, and emerging platforms to maximize campaign reach and ROI.

  • Continuously optimise based on advanced analytics and customer insights.

๐Ÿ’ก Innovation & Market Trends

  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and consumer behaviors.

  • Promote data-driven strategies and new technologies to enhance campaign impact.

๐Ÿค Stakeholder Engagement & Budget Management

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and provide clear insights to senior leadership on ROI and campaign success.

  • Develop and manage the global campaign budget with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Team Leadership

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global campaign team.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.

 

โœ… What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • 10+ years of experience in global marketing or campaign management, with 5+ years in leadership roles.

  • Demonstrable knowledge of digital banking products, CRM, content marketing, and segmentation.

  • Proven experience executing multi-regional campaigns in large-scale organizations.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong advantage if you have worked in banking or large digital banks.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, customer journey mapping, and regulatory compliance is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a bonus.
