We are partnering with a leading bank that is redefining financial services through innovation and reliability. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Head of Infrastructure - a strategic leadership role driving infrastructure transformation and operational excellence.
This is a unique opportunity to lead critical infrastructure initiatives in a complex and fast-paced environment, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure IT systems that support business success.
๐ Responsibilities
๐น Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the bankโs infrastructure architecture (networks, servers, storage, cloud solutions).
๐น Develop strategies that align IT infrastructure with business goals and regulatory compliance.
๐น Manage end-to-end infrastructure projects, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
๐น Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
๐น Collaborate with cross-functional technology leaders to ensure system integration and operational efficiency.
๐น Define and enforce infrastructure policies, procedures, and best practices.
โ Requirements
๐ธ Proven experience in a senior infrastructure leadership role, ideally within banking or financial services.
๐ธ Expertise in cloud computing, data centers, virtualization, and network security.
๐ธ Strong grasp of regulatory requirements and security frameworks within financial institutions.
๐ธ Demonstrated success in leading high-performing technical teams.
๐ธ Strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills.
๐ธ Certifications such as ITIL, AWS, or Azure are advantageous.
