​Join a global leader in the financial services industry as the Head of Back Office Technology. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the technological infrastructure and strategy supporting the bank’s back office functions, including HR, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations. We're looking for a visionary leader with a strong engineering background to drive innovation, ensure operational efficiency, and lead diverse technology teams to success.

Responsibilities

✅ Lead and manage technology teams across HR, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations.

✅ Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.

✅ Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of back office systems and applications.

✅ Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to drive technological innovation.

✅ Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

✅ Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to keep the bank ahead of the curve.

What We're Looking For

✔️ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

✔️ Extensive experience leading technology teams in the financial services industry.

✔️ Strong engineering background with expertise in system architecture, software development, and IT infrastructure.

✔️ Proven track record of successfully managing technology projects and delivering impactful results.

✔️ Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
