Head of Service Management
Job description
A leading bank in the Philippines is seeking a Head of Service Management to drive the strategy and execution of service management processes for their API Servicesdivision. This is a key leadership role, ensuring professional service delivery, incident management, and continuous improvement to optimize service operations and enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities
✅ Lead Service Delivery – Oversee secure, efficient, and consistent banking service operations aligned with business objectives.
✅ Incident & Problem Management – Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and resolution to prevent recurring issues.
✅ Continuous Improvement – Drive service enhancements, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
✅ Team Leadership – Mentor, manage, and develop a high-performing Service Management team.
✅ Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with IT, Operations, and Senior Leadership to align service management strategies with business goals.
✅ Risk & Compliance – Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies for service management processes.
Requirements
🔹10+ years of experience in service management, operations, or a related field within banking or financial services.
🔹 Demonstrable ability toad and develop cross-functional teams.
🔹 Strong expertise in deploying and maintaining large-scale applications and systems.
🔹 Working understanding of IT systems, digital banking, and ITIL-based service management frameworks.
🔹 Degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field (ITIL or similar certifications preferred).
