Digital Program Manager (Retail Banking)

A prominent financial organisation is expanding its Program Management team and is looking for a Program Manager with expertise in customer applications within retail banking. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established technology team and contribute to a major digitalisation initiative. 

 Responsibilities

• Manage large scale retail banking transformation projects in a digital roadmap, with a strong focus on customer applications

• Manage stakeholders across business and operations, ensuring alignment with Technology teams and the program roadmap

• Ensure project governance, resources and expenses are adhered to across various business units and regional offices

Requirements

• More than 12 years of technology working experience and large-scale program management experience, with knowledge of Lean/Agile practices

• Experience driving key decisions around project resources and evaluation for internal and external sources

• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills

• You need to have worked on customer facing applications in retail banking for program relevancy
