Responsibilities
Translate business needs into practical technical solutions and roadmaps.
Design scalable architectures using microservices, APIs, and cloud technologies.
Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and external partners, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends to recommend innovative technologies.
Advocate for best practices in software development, security, and system design.
Help troubleshoot technical issues and guide the team toward resolutions.
Requirements
More than 8 years of experience in technology, including a strong foundation in system architecture and solution design.
Hands-on experience with with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), microservices and current application frameworks.
Proficiency in programming (e.g., Java, Spring Boot) and knowledge of database technologies (RDBMS/NoSQL).
Familiarity with API security protocols and scalable system design.
Previous exposure to retail banking technology is a must-have.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
