Web 3 Low Latency Trading Systems Engineering Manager

Job description

Our client is a leading B2B/B2C Exchange Platform based in Asia. They are expanding their Singapore team, specialising in high-frequency trading across multiple markets including cryptocurrency. They are seeking an experienced Developer to lead the development of the latest low-latency trading systems.

 

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop low-latency trading systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability in fast-paced trading environments.

  • Lead the development team, assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.

  • Develop and upgrade the existing trading infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and provide support when needed.

  • Support quantitative researchers to develop and refine quantitative trading strategies.

  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.

  • Organize and optimise data efficiently for high-frequency trading needs.

 

Requirements
  • Experience leading teams, with demonstrable delegation and project oversight capabilities.

  • Demonstrable evidence of skills using programming languages such as Java, C++ or Python.

  • Knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency protocols.

  • Have more than 5 years of experience developing low-latency, high-frequency trading systems with experience in the crypto space .

  • Expertise in cryptocurrency markets .

 

Salary: Up to SGD$20k per month (negotiable) + 20%-25% bonus
