Software Engineer
Job description
Are you interested in joining a growing start-up in a niche industry? You would be helping to build an ecosystem that connects all of their products, services and clients through their web and mobile applications. This all-in-one platform will be fully utilised by both their internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless connectivity throughout their supply chain lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with product designers to align on user requirements and present findings to the team and leadership.
Focus on coding and development, adhering to best practices such as documentation, automated testing, and code reviews, while enhancing CI/CD pipelines.
Participate in agile project delivery and DevSecOps workflows, with a strong emphasis on security and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Focus on designing stable and scalable software solutions, utilizing computer science principles and industry best practices.
Monitor application performance, troubleshooting issues, and improving existing solutions based on user feedback and leadership guidance, as well as providing support for internal and external users.
Requirements
Strong experience in fullstack development in Python and Javascript frameworks (Angular, React, Vue).
Good knowledge with Cloud, DevOps best practices and Agile methodologies.
Good understanding of mobile and web applications.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment (background in a start-up or early stage companies will be advantageous but not necessary).
Able to work independently, strong stakeholder management experience and fluent in English.
Salary: Up to HKD80,000/month (negotiable)
