Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for technology transformation? Our client, a top-tier global management consulting firm, is expanding their Technology and Digital practice across Southeast Asia and is seeking exceptional talent to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with C-levels across major financial services clients across SEA to strategise and achieve their digital transformation efforts across Core Banking, Data, Cloud, AI

  • Reinventing the customer experience, leveraging journey maps, deep customer empathy and data to create transformative digital interfaces, marketing strategies and process innovations

  • Encouraging change and transformation through cutting-edge applications of AI and Machine Learning tools that are fully scaled into the business

  • Redesigning technology functions to improve flexibility, efficiency, and Business-IT alignment


Requirements

  • 8 to 20 years of Technical Delivery, Project or Program Management experience within Strategy, Management Consulting or End-User

  • Experience in Consumer banking, Digital banking, Insurance or broader FSI

  • Demonstrable track record delivering large-scale technology programs at a regional or global level

  • Ability work with and head multi-disciplinary teams including engineers, architects, data scientists

  • C-level stakeholder management experience

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or any other related field. An MBA, Masters or PHD is highly valued

  • Flexibility for travel across SEA region


Salary: SGD$200k – 350k per year (depending on level of experience)
