Front Office Engineer - eTrading

We're collaborating with a prestigious blue-chip finance firm that is seeking talented Core Java software engineers to join their front office FX e-Trading team in Singapore. You will be working on one of their top revenue-generating desks, developing sophisticated trading and pricing systems. The team is known for its technical excellence, boasting some of the best low latency and high-performance computing engineers in the industry. Moreover, the team works closely with traders and quants, providing direct exposure to the trading desk and having demonstrative impact on PnL.

Requirements

• More than 7 years' commercial experience in software development

• Demonstrable programming skills Java

• Experience in multithreading and concurrent programming

• Experience in performance tuning and work on low-latency systems is a plus

• Demonstrable Computer Science fundamentals (Data Structures, Algorithms, etc.)

Salary: Up to SGD240k per year (negotiable) for senior candidates with the right skillset
