Job description

Seeking Senior Customer Support Engineer to join a growing Web3 SaaS startup.
You'll be the bridge to the users and technology solutions, ensuring a seamless experience and helping to solve any issues that arise.
 
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in customer support, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment

  • Proficiency with APIs

  • Interest or understanding of Web3 concepts

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues

  • A proactive, customer-first mindset with exceptional communication skills
