Tech Product Owner
Job description
The Tech Product Owner role involves managing technology solution design and delivery for tech products that support business goals and ensure a smooth transition into Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations. The role requires strong expertise in technology solutions, including EPM platforms like Onestream, Anaplan, Oracle EPM, and data visualization tools, as well as a deep understanding of business domains such as Insurance Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and relevant financial and non-financial metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee solution design, ensuring alignment with global tech standards and business benefits.
Provide updates to senior governance committees.
Lead and motivate technical teams.
Translate business requirements into tech solutions.
Design technology architecture for accounting and reporting products.
Facilitate collaboration between business and technology stakeholders.
Manage tech product delivery and transition to maintenance teams.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in a relevant role within insurance.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with EPM and data analytics platforms, cloud architecture, and technology delivery project management.
Required Skills:
Expertise in EPM and data analytics platforms.

Leadership and communication skills.
Understanding of Insurance MI & FP&A processes.
Salary: SGD 250K – 280K per annum
