Senior Scrum Master

Our client a leading Financial Organisation is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join their ongoing Transformation Program and Customer Lifecycle Management journey.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to drive the Consumer Experience Improvements Program.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a complex application project in the wealth domain for a financial organisation

• Experienced working with client onboarding, client lifecycle management (CLM) projects, or a channels background

• Work closely with stakeholders across various business units to ensure alignment with business and technology teams

• Manage large Agile development teams, ensuring a successful project delivery according to timelines and resources

Requirements

• More than 12 years of experience as Scrum Master/Project Manager in an Agile environment

• A track record delivering enterprise applications in Wealth Management, particularly on client on-boarding and customer experience

• Manage daily scrum meetings, sprint planning/demo, and meetings with Product Owner teams

• Strong communication skills to influence key stakeholders in various business units

Salary: Up to SGD$220k per year (Negotiable)
