System Support Analyst (Contract 1 Year)

Job description

We are looking for an experienced System Support Analyst / Applications Support Analyst to provide support for Order Management Systems (OMS) within a global wealth management financial institution.  You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the seamless operation of order management processes and address technical issues. Strong knowledge of financial systems, particularly order management systems, along with evidence of good problem-solving and communication skills, is essential for success in this role.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for Order Management Systems (OMS).

  • Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure system performance and stability.

  • Perform system testing, upgrades and deployment tasks.

  • Document technical solutions, system configurations and issues for future reference.

  • Support ongoing maintenance and enhancements of the OMS.

 

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in applications support, preferably in wealth management or financial institutions.

  • Experience with Charles River IMS or similar Order Management Systems (e.g., Bloomberg AIM, SimCorp Dimension, FlexTrade).

  • (ability to demonstrate) working knowledge of; experience using Order Management Systems (OMS) and trading platforms.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within OMS.

  • Working knowledge of financial instruments, trading workflows and market data integration.

  • Experience with system testing, deployment and maintenance.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Evidence of good communication skills work with cross-functional teams.

Salary: Up to SGD 10,000/month (commensurate with experience) for a 1-year contract.
