Service Delivery Manager
Job description
We are partnering with a leading financial institution in the Philippines to appoint a Service Delivery Manager responsible for the performance, stability, and ongoing support of critical banking applications. This role will oversee both existing systems and the buildout of new platforms, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with business objectives.
🔹 Responsibilities
Manage daily delivery and operational performance of assigned banking applications.
Act as the primary point of contact for incident resolution, escalations, and service enhancements.
Collaborate with IT teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders.
Ensure services consistently meet SLAs, compliance standards, and operational best practices.
Lead proactive monitoring, reporting, and health checks of applications.
🔹 What We're Looking For
8–10+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery or Application Management.
Expertise managing enterprise-grade banking systems (e.g., core banking, digital banking, payment platforms).
Strong vendor and third-party service provider management skills.
Familiarity with incident management tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
Knowledge of banking regulatory and compliance standards is highly preferred.
