Our client, a leading global insurance firm, is seeking an Engineering Manager to head the transformation of its digital platforms and core systems. This high-impact role will drive engineering strategy, cloud adoption, and cross-functional delivery across global teams - playing a key role in shaping the firm’s next-generation technology landscape.

  • Champion continuous improvement across the SDLC with a focus on agility, collaboration, and stakeholder value.

 

What We're Looking For
  • Extensive experience leading software engineering teams within large-scale, complex organisations.

  • Demonstrable ability to align engineering capabilities with strategic business objectives.

  • Background organisational leadership, team building, and people development.

  • Deep understanding of modern engineering practices, delivery models, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders across geographies.
