  • Drive end-to-end technology programs aligned with business strategy

  • Manage cross-functional Agile teams and prioritise deliverables

  • Communicate risks, milestones, and updates to senior leadership

  • Ensure delivery meets standards for security, compliance, and performance

  • Monitor KPIs to ensure timely, high-quality program execution

  • Lead change management and user adoption strategies

 

โœ… What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 10โ€“15 years of technology program/project management experience

  • 5+ years working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)

  • Background in Wealth Management, Trust, or Financial Services preferred

  • Skilled in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile project tools

  • Evidence of good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

 

๐ŸŽ‰ What Youโ€™ll Get
  • ๐Ÿ’ฐ Monthly Salary: PHP 400,000 โ€“ 600,000 (negotiable based on experience)
