Information Technology Manager (EUC & Infrastructure)

I am collaborating with an Asset Management firm to recruit an IT Manager for a pioneering technology leadership role in Singapore. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a lead position and be instrumental in their transformation journey.

Responsibilities

• Maintain EUC service delivery and ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
• Develop infrastructure and workplace technology solutions including Microsoft 365
• Manage network and security infrastructure such as LAN/WAN, firewalls and switches
• Manage wider programs affecting end user service operations and IT transformation projects

Requirements

• Prefer more than 10 years of experience managing IT Service Desk operations and hands-on infrastructure experience
• Experience with a Microsoft environment including tools like M365 and Azure AD
• Experience with networking and security tools
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and incident management methodologies
