Senior Program Manager (Customer Applications)
Job description
An excellent opportunity within a financial organisation in Kuala Lumpur. They are seeking a Program Manager to lead Application programs in a B2C model. This is a role in an enterprise environment with multiple large-scale projects at various complexities.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple projects end to end, from planning to delivery.
Monitor and report regular program-level progress, status, issues, and risks to internal business stakeholders.
Partner with multiple stakeholders, third party vendors, and internal teams to ensure a successful project delivery.
Manage and support Scrum Masters in ensuring effective Agile delivery.
Requirements:
Prefer more than 10 years of working experience, and more than 5 years of large scale program management experience in an enterprise organisation.
Experience working with B2C or customer facing applications through digital transformation programs.
Experience in project management tools, Agile methodologies (such as Certified ScrumMaster, CSM).
Salary: Up to RM$350k per year (negotiable)
