Senior DevSecOps Engineer
Job description
A global organization is currently going through a large transformation with a focus on scaling up their Agile, Cloud and DevOps capabilities. This will be part of a new team and a centralized function where you will be supporting internal IT teams with their DevOps initiatives and processes, with a focus on security.
Your Role
Align developer experience, infrastructure, and technology operations to facilitate efficient software development and delivery of solutions
Oversee the technology infrastructure, managing tasks like security, administration, troubleshooting, and automation to ensure efficient operations and security analysis.
Drive deployment and support for both cloud and on-premises infrastructure, utilizing automation through infrastructure as code to ensure the reliability and efficiency of enterprise systems, meeting business and IT project requirements.
Work closely with other teams to align strategy, architecture, auditing, compliance and security initiatives.
Requirements
Experienced with DevSecOps with a focus on application security
Deep knowledge of security tools and best practices for on-prem and public cloud environments
Knowledge of remediation, vulnerability and penetration testing
Experienced with software development and ideally programming languages
Experienced with IaC, containerization/orchestration and monitoring tools
Salary: Up to $180,000/annum (Negotiable)
