Head of DevOps Engineering
Job description
A leading bank is currently undergoing a DevOps transformation across their teams and is seeking leadership experience with prior experience in creating and scaling an organization's DevOps culture. This will be a crucial role in providing change and transformation across the bank for deployments, software development and security.
Responsibilities
Develop, plan and implement the DevOps/DevSecOps roadmap.
Advise and collaborate closely with business unit heads on improving continuous development, tools, operations and security.
Develop manage and scale DevOps teams.
Provide technical hands-on experience across all DevOps tools and implementation.
Requirements
Prior experience in leading an organization's adoption or transformation of DevOps and Agile Methodologies.
Demonstrable leadership experience in managing teams and have not lost touch with being technically hands-on.
Highly knowledgeable with various DevOps tools, software development, infrastructure, automation and security tools.
Working knowledge of on-premises, hybrid and public cloud setups.
Evidence of good stakeholder management skills.
Salary: Up to SGD350K per year
