Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs.

  • Release Planning: Convert requirements into prioritised releases, sprints, and user stories.

  • Data Analysis: Analyse data sets for trends and insights.

  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise between business units and tech teams to facilitate communication.

  • Documentation: Create business cases and user manuals.

  • Testing & Validation: Develop test plans to ensure solutions meet requirements.

  • Training & Support: Train and support end-users and team members.

 
Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; Master's preferred.

  • Experience: At least 5 years in business analysis, with the ability to provide project delivery, particularly in frontend digital, mobile, and web applications.

  • Skills: Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

  • Development Lifecycle: Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

  • Preferred: Experience in banking, financial services and certifications like CBAP or PMI-PBA.

 

Salary: PHP200k - 300k per annum (negotiable), along with attractive bonuses
