We are seeking a highly skilled Market and Liquidity Risk Manager to join a dynamic risk management team in Manila. This role is crucial in ensuring that our market and liquidity risks are effectively identified, assessed and managed in alignment with the bank's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement robust market and liquidity risk frameworks and policies.
Monitor and analyse market trends, liquidity positions and risk exposures.
Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to assess the impact of market changes.
Collaborate with trading, treasury, and finance teams to ensure alignment in risk management practices.
Prepare detailed risk reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to market and liquidity risk.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (FRM, CFA) preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in market and liquidity risk management within a banking or financial services environment.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in risk management software and tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to market and liquidity risk.
