Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Recruitment Consultant (270) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers to attract and deliver top talent for our organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and role specifications.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media and networking events.

  • Screen CVs, conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications.

  • Maintain positive candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

  • Provide feedback and insights to hiring managers regarding candidates.

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ATS systems and ensure compliance with hiring practices.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

  • Cultivate and maintain existing client relationships.

  • Attend industry networking events to expand your professional network.

  • Work towards monthly KPI targets for commission opportunities.

Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience in recruitment, particularly within Corporate Functions and financial services (knowledge of corporate governance or CFO teams preferred).

  • Self-motivated with a collaborative and open personality.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favourable outcomes for both clients and candidates.

  • Ability to analyse market trends to inform recruitment decisions.

  • Exceptional organisational skills for managing multiple recruitment processes.

  • Proficient in recruitment software, CRM/ATS systems and Boolean search techniques.

  • Understanding of recruitment compliance and GDPR regulations.

  • Strong time management and flexibility to adapt to changing needs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in recruitment (5+ years preferred).
