Lead DevOps Engineer
Job description
One of the leading and largest banks in Philippines has an exciting opportunity for a Lead DevOps Engineer. They need someone that can spearhead their digital transformation initiatives; who can drive their cloud infrastructure and automation strategies within the banking environment.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance deployment processes and infrastructure reliability.
Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ensure optimal performance and security.
Automate configuration management and system provisioning using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Head and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards.
Requirements
Hands-on leadership experience with demonstrable experience managing teams.
Understanding applications and SDLC.
Experienced with cloud technologies and environments.
Experienced with configurations management and IaC tools.
In-depth knowledge of containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
Working knowledge of of security tools, security frameworks and security best practice.
Salary: Up to PHP 600,000/month (negotiable)
