Head of Test Automation

Do you have a software quality assurance background and a passion for innovation in testing methodologies? One of the leading and most successful banks in the Philippines has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Test Automation. They're looking for someone to lead their testing strategy and lead the implementation of automated testing processes across their banking applications.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive test automation strategy aligned with business goals.
Head and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Design, implement, and optimize automated testing frameworks and tools.
Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
Analyse test results and provide actionable insights to enhance product quality and performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
Requirements
Previous leadership experience; with a track record of successfully implementing test automation strategies.
Ability to architect and design test automation frameworks and roadmaps.
Working knowledge and experience using Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Expertise in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit) and scripting languages.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrable analytical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
Salary: Up to PHP600,000/month (negotiable)
