Head of Digital Product

Job description

An amazing opportunity has opened up for a Head of Digital Product at regional bank in Southeast Asia with an exciting blueprint for 2024. This is a highly strategic role that will oversee digital portfolios for retail banking from conceptualization to adoption, driving key initiatives to upscale and transform digital banking landscape and customer experience. 

Responsibilities
  • Define and establish product vision and strategy.

  • Work closely with business and technology to execute product roadmap and push 

Requirements
  • Over 12 years of experience in banking product management and Digital IT 

  • Product manager with deep expertise and hands-on experience building digital retail banking products from 0-1 

  • Experience managing a large digital portfolio, driving adoption and GTM strategies 

  • Technically savvy and customer-centric with ability to identify and integrate new market trends/technologies 

  • Tactical understanding of Southeast Asia markets, dynamics and culture. Experience building Philippines market is a plus 

  • Highly adaptable, strategic and resilient with ability to creatively navigate cultural and complex challenges in a matrix organisation 

  • Senior leadership experience and willing to be effectively hands-on when required 

Salary: Negotiable, $250k base onwards + variable
