Engineering Lead (Credit Cards)
Job description
A leading bank based in Manila is seeking an experienced Engineering Lead in the Credit Cards domain to oversee the development and enhancement of their credit cards technology solutions. This role will be crucial in leading a team of engineers to deliver cutting-edge credit card systems, ensuring reliability, security, and an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of credit card processing systems, including transaction processing, fraud prevention, and user interfaces.
Ensure seamless integration with existing banking systems and optimize credit card platforms for scalability, security, and performance
Drive innovation in credit card technology, including exploring and implementing new features, enhancements, and industry best practices.
Ensure all credit card systems comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards for security and data protection.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers focused on credit card technology
Key Requirements
Strong knowledge of credit card processing platforms, systems, payment technologies, and industry standards.
Strong experience in programming (programming language can be flexible)
Experience with software development methodologies and project management.
Good understanding of routing and switching
Experience in managing a small-mid sized team
Salary: Up to PHP550,000/month + bonus
