Job description
As CEO, you will lead a top-tier payments product as the driving force behind the company's strategic vision, operational excellence, and market expansion.
Your leadership will ensure that product remains at the forefront of the FI industry, adapting to market dynamics and regional regulatory landscapes. You will foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and accountability, leading a team of passionate professionals dedicated to empowering our users and reshaping the future of finance.
Your Role:
Define and execute the company's strategic direction, ensuring alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies across multiple jurisdictions.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations across the regions in which the company operate.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify challenges, opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
Represent the company as its primary spokesperson to regulators, partners, customers, and the public.
Requirements:
Demonstrable experience as CEO or similar senior managerial roles within the fintech, finance, or technology sectors.
Experience in the blockchain, Stablecoins and DefFi industry is necessary.
Strong understanding of the FI landscape in Singapore and the Region, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Demonstrable ability to develop and implement successful strategic plans.
Deep knowledge of DeFi market changes and forces that influence the company.
Exceptional leadership, organsational, and communication skills.
Strong ethical judgment and the ability to make decisions in a transparent and inclusive manner.
