🚀 Exciting Opportunity: Solution Architect (CRM & Contact Centre Technologies)

Are you an experienced Solution Architect with expertise in Salesforce CRM and Contact Centre Technologies? Join a prestigious MNC Financial Institution in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and contribute to a global digital transformation project.

Responsibilities

🔹 Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce CRM solutions and Contact Centre technologies, ensuring they meet business needs.
🔹 Design and implement Salesforce CRM solutions, with a focus on Marketing Cloud and Leads Management (a plus).
🔹 Drive Genesys omnichannel integration, ensuring seamless communication across multiple channels.
🔹 Leverage data and AI to optimize customer experiences and improve operational efficiency.
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
🔹 Ensure integration of Salesforce CRM with other enterprise systems and contact centre technologies.
🔹 Act as the technical lead for solution design, implementation, and optimisation across multiple platforms.

What We’re Looking For

✔ 8-15 years of experience as a Solution Architect, specializing in Salesforce CRM and Contact Centre technologies.
✔ Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, including Marketing Cloud and Leads Management (a plus).
✔ Experience in Genesys omnichannel integration and Contact Centre technologies.
✔ Demonstrable track record leveraging data and AI to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.
✔ Expertise in solution design, systems architecture, and integration of CRM and Contact Centre solutions.
✔ Ability to work with business and technical teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
✔ Certifications in Salesforce, Genesys, or related architecture methodologies are a plus.
✔ Experience in Financial Services or MNC environments is a plus.
