Mobile Engineering Lead

We're working with a leading finance firm, who are looking for a mobile and web technical lead to drive the development of their cutting-edge digital platforms. This is an opportunity to lead a team of skilled engineers, shaping the firm’s mobile technology strategy while working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and optimise iOS applications using Swift, with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
Oversee web technology integration to ensure seamless cross-platform functionality.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
Produce innovation and contribute to the firm’s long-term technology roadmap.
Requirements
6-12 years of experience in mobile development, with commercial experience using iOS and Swift.
Demonstrable experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex digital solutions.
Experience in performance optimisation, security best practices, and cloud-based architectures.
Background in financial services is beneficial but not required.
