Responsibilities

🔹 Develop and automate storage solutions ensuring high availability and performance.

🔹 Streamline processes with minimal human engagement.

🔹 Define and enforce best practices for engineering, security, and compliance.

🔹 Manage the full lifecycle of storage products, from updates to security enhancements.

🔹 Work closely with security teams to align with architectural standards.

What We're Looking For

🔍 Expertise in Storage Technologies: NAS, Dell Isilon/PowerScale.

🔍 Automation & Infrastructure as Code: Strong scripting and automation experience.

🔍 Storage Architecture & Cloud Infrastructure: Proven track record in backup/recovery solutions and high-availability design.

🔍 Regulatory & Risk Compliance: Experience working within security and regulatory frameworks.

🔍 Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Ability to work across teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
